IAM4RE aims to strengthen the capacity of Public Research Organisations (PROs) and Academic Institutions (AcIs) in managing intellectual assets (IAs), supporting researchers and spin-offs through tailored training, services, and tools. It will introduce a comprehensive framework for intellectual asset management, aligned with EU-level knowledge valorisation and standardisation policies. Key activities include skill gap mapping, the development of policy guidelines, modular training content, a MOOC, and a train-the-trainer programme. The project also focuses on long-term sustainability and scalability of its results.
