RISE and EURICE meetup-joint meeting in Zagreb

From 4th until the 6th of October, we welcomed project managers and leaders from our sister company - EURICE. We met in Zagreb with the aim to strengthen our partnership and share valuable experiences. Project managers from both companies worked together to highlight the best practices in order to strengthen our approach towards efficient collaboration with our partners within the Horizon Europe framework and beyond.

The agenda of the meeting was focused on optimising internal processes and nurturing a cohesive corporate culture that would ultimately add substantial value to our projects and further business development. It was a great opportunity for the exchange of ideas and opportunity mining across the large portfolio of over 60 R&I projects, RISE and EURICE are currently involved.

Workshop participants presented and discussed selected practices of innovative knowledge management carrying many benefits for both companies, including increased efficiency, better decision-making, improved customer service, and more. As a main outcome, prioritised knowledge assets will be embedded into a wider knowledge valorisation framework – based on PRINCE2 principles.

In addition, this meetup served as a team-building as most of us met in person for the first time and got the opportunity to get to know each other better. We are certain that this experience will lead to enrichment of our overall team spirit and we hope to meet again soon.

As we continue our journey together, this meeting confirmed how valuable it is when different minds and perspectives come together and share experience. We are excited about the great things ahead of us as we keep pushing towards being the best at what we do.
